1. Eligibility
Contests hosted on Durham Contests (the “Site”) are open to residents of Ontario, Canada who have reached the age of majority (18 years or older) at the time of entry, unless a specific contest states otherwise.

- Immediate family members (spouse, parent, sibling, child) and household members of any of the above

Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time. Any entrant found to be ineligible will be disqualified, and any prize awarded may be required to be returned.
2. Contest Period
Each contest will specify its own start and end dates and times (the “Contest Period”). All entries must be received within the applicable Contest Period. The Contest Period deadline is final — late entries will not be accepted.
Contest deadlines are based on Eastern Time (ET) unless otherwise stated.

6. Winner Selection
Winners will be selected by one of the following methods, as specified on the individual contest page:

- Judged selection — based on criteria specified in the contest details (e.g., creativity, originality)

Draws will be conducted at the offices of the Sponsor or its designated representative. The selected entrant must meet all eligibility requirements and comply with these Official Rules to be declared a winner.
7. Skill-Testing Question

- Sent via email or phone within a specified timeframe
- Must be answered correctly and within the time limit to claim the prize
- Failure to answer correctly or within the time limit will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner
This requirement is in accordance with Canadian contest law.
8. Odds of Winning
The odds of winning depend on:
- The total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period
- The number of prizes available
Specific odds cannot be determined in advance and will vary for each contest.

…the Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify that entrant and select an alternate winner from remaining eligible entries.
